Qualifications

• Experience in solar or renewable energy is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers, field employees, and corporate staff.
• Ability to navigate websites and customer relationship management software.

Responsibilities

• Attend inspections with jurisdictional authorities (AHJs), customers, and field team members.
• Gather required documents and take on-site photos, ensuring timely submission.
• Communicate with customers professionally to support a positive experience.
• Complete simple fixes or placards as needed and relay details to the Inspection team.
• Follow SOPs and upload data to CRM or scheduling software.
