Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking a Residential Solar Incentives & Operations Analyst in Dublin, OH. You will process state and federal solar incentive applications, ensure program compliance, and track incentive revenue against projections.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, and IT to integrate incentive requirements into project workflows. You will build and maintain reports, provide timely updates to leadership, and develop training materials to improve processes

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Administration, IT, Operations, Economics, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience as stated in the posting.
• Proficient in SQL with the ability to write queries and manipulate data.
• Advanced MS Office applications proficiency (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Process Solar Incentive Applications, review state and federal programs for accuracy.
• Track and report key metrics; publish status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations and IT to integrate incentive requirements.
• Develop user guides and training materials; audit completed work for accuracy.
