You will gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day processes, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across billing, documentation, and system monitoring while advancing residential solar projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in solar/renewable energy is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills including modeling, VLOOKUPs, pivots, nested IFs and Boolean logic.

Responsibilities

• Gain cross-functional exposure across billing, documentation, UCC and SREC applications, system monitoring, analytics, contracts, marketing, data analysis, finance and accounting, legal and IT.
• Support day-to-day solar operations to move residential projects and customers forward efficiently.
• Create and update training materials for team training and knowledge sharing.
• Audit work for accuracy and provide timely status updates to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and processes.
• Help the team meet accuracy, service levels, financial, and operational goals.
