As a Solar Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on solar energy systems, generators, and battery backups for residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our customers to ensure their solar systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on solar energy systems.
• Identify and resolve issues or malfunctions with solar panels, inverters, and related equipment.
• Collaborate with customers to provide exceptional service and support.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify performance issues.
• Perform repairs and replace faulty components or equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all service and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Solar Service Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and components.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
• Valid driver’s license.
