SOLV Energy is hiring a Solar Field Service Technician (Level 1) to perform field maintenance on solar equipment and learn safe work practices. This full-time, on-site role is located at Snyder, TX, with opportunities to learn and grow under supervision.

The position emphasizes safety, documentation, and teamwork in a fast-paced solar environment. On-call shifts and travel may be required, with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Vocational/Technical training a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work in mechanical/electrical environments through training or prior work experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and enforce safe work practices on site.
• Operate and care for company equipment and tooling.
• Service solar equipment at multiple plants under supervision.
• Perform basic testing, troubleshooting and maintenance with supervision.
