Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Technical degree or Solar certification preferred.
• Experience with electrical or mechanical fundamentals is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety standards including LOTO and Electrical Safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform/assist with routine maintenance and electrical troubleshooting on solar PV sites and associated equipment.
• Assist with switching, clearance orders, and plant procedures under supervision.
• Operate plant systems and contribute to documentation and safety compliance.
• Support vegetation management activities and site housekeeping as needed.
• Collaborate with Field Service and maintenance teams across regions.
