Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in solar, renewable energy, or large-scale construction project management.
• Experience managing multiple project teams and self-perform work.
• Proficiency with MS Office, scheduling, and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage renewable energy projects through all development and construction stages.
• Coordinate with preconstruction for bidding, subcontractor scope development, contract negotiation, and award.
• Coordinate stakeholders including owners, developers, utility companies, subcontractors, and local authorities.
• Monitor construction quality and safety, ensuring compliance with plans and codes.
• Develop and manage project budgets; track costs and identify savings opportunities.
• Oversee pay applications and change orders per contract terms.
• Lead project meetings and report progress to senior management and clients.
• Manage project closeout with owners, subcontractors, stakeholders.
• Foster continuous improvement and implement lessons learned.
• Ensure safety is the top priority on all job sites.
