Job summary

Sunrun is hiring Sales Specialists to grow a residential solar customer base. You will own your territory, engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach, and guide customers from inquiry to closing, while tracking progress and maximizing earnings.

The role rewards performance with unlimited earning potential, flexible schedules after training, and world-class training. A California HIS license is required for certain tracks, with onboarding stages described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience in direct or commission-based sales preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory: Develop and manage sales in a residential area.
• Connect with homeowners: Knock doors, network, and follow up on referrals.
