The position is six months, temporary, outdoors, with training provided; no prior solar installation experience is required, and strong attention to detail, independence, and reliability are essential

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Capable of working independently with limited supervision.
• Basic measuring tools experience is helpful but not required.
• Willing to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, independent inspections of installed solar panels.
• Use a digital level and tape measure to verify measurements.
• Record inspection results electronically on a tablet.
• Identify and report quality concerns promptly.
• Follow project safety requirements and wear PPE.
