Harness Energy is seeking a Solar Site Monitor to perform weekly maintenance on our Solar Resource Assessment stations in Holcomb, KS. The role requires documenting work, photographing site equipment, and communicating findings to the Solar Support Team.

You will ensure panels and pyranometers are cleaned and maintained per site forms and training. The position emphasizes safety, reliable transport, and the use of a personal smartphone to report progress and upload photos to SharePoint by the

Competenze

Able to stand and move about the site to physically clean equipment and perform site maintenance; must climb a 6 ft ladder.
Reliable vehicle or transport to visit scheduled site visits in various weather conditions.
Must possess tools and equipment for vegetation maintenance (weed eater, hedge clippers) to keep grass under 6 inches.
Closed-toe shoes, work gloves, safety glasses, and weather-appropriate clothing for all site visits.
Working smartphone to send texts, emails, calls and upload documents to SharePoint.
Maintain and monitor an email account; general technical aptitude.
Basic knowledge of hand tool usage.
Acknowledge and sign the Harness Energy Safety Manual and Employee Handbook.

Perform scheduled weekly site visits as directed by the Solar Support Team with 48-hour reschedule notice in case of emergency.
On site, clean solar panels and level pyranometers per training and site form; photograph site and equipment per instructions.
Document and photograph any site damage, theft, or risk as outlined; notify Solar Support Team for next steps.
After site visit, send Completed confirmation via text; upload the site form and photos to SharePoint; report any site damage or replenishment needs by midnight the same day.
