Harness Energy is seeking a Solar Site Monitor to perform regular maintenance on our Solar Resource Assessment stations in Valmy, NV. The role requires site visits, photo documentation, and follow-through on safety and reporting protocols.

Candidates should be able to transport themselves to remote sites, operate basic tools, and comply with Harvest Energy safety standards. This is a part-time field position with a focus on reliability and precise maintenance tasks.

Competenze

• Experience performing scheduled site maintenance.
• Able to climb a 6 ft ladder.
• Reliable transportation to visit sites in varying weather.
• Basic tool handling and photo documentation skills.

Mansioni

• Perform scheduled weekly site visits as directed by the Solar Support Team.
• Notify the Solar Support Team of any site damage or risk.
• Capture photos and document maintenance per site form instructions.
• Ensure site vegetation is controlled (grass <6 inches) and wires are tensioned.
• After visits, report completion and upload forms/photos to SharePoint or equivalent.
