Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp is seeking Field Engineers to support upcoming solar and BESS EPC projects across the United States. Engineers will be placed on project sites for 8–12 months per assignment and then transition to the next project.

The role is fully on-site with typical hours Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm local time, with overtime and weekend work as needed. Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent construction experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar PM tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively to ensure project success.
• Proven ability to generate and deliver project reports.
• Familiar with standard field concepts, practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Managers and Superintendents in daily construction activities.
• Assist with project coordination, logistics, and material tracking.
• Review drawings and ensure alignment with project plans.
• Track production, progress, and key project metrics.
• Support safety and quality efforts on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams.
