Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.
• Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in sales, solar, or field services is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess their property and energy requirements.
• Provide clear explanations of solar solutions, cost savings, and long-term benefits.
• Conduct site evaluations and gather data for system design teams.
• Present customized solar proposals and support customers in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
