Job summary

Ultipro in the Denver area is seeking a Project Scheduler to support project managers and controls specialists. The role focuses on developing monthly and quarterly schedules, updating weekly schedules, creating look-ahead schedules, and performing critical path analyses.

You will coordinate with Estimating and Project Management to align schedules with contract requirements, attend owner meetings, and help generate reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience in Construction Management, Electrical/Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Project Management.
• 2+ years of scheduling experience from a Solar EPC.
• Experience in Primavera P6 (strongly preferred) or MS Project.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers and controls specialists with monthly and quarterly scheduling reports.
• Prepare weekly schedule updates, look-ahead schedules, and critical path analyses.
• Create new proposal and project schedules in the system.
• Coordinate schedule requirements with Estimating and Project Management teams.
• Attend weekly and monthly owner meetings with the PM.
• Support PMs, Directors, VPs, and PCM with special reports and data analysis.
• Implement PRE’s schedule controls processes and procedures.
