Job summary

LPL Solar is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead solar EPC construction projects in the U.S. You will drive execution, manage budgets, and coordinate with trade contractors, engineers, and officials to ensure on-time, safe, and quality project delivery.

Requires a civil/ME degree and 3+ years of solar PM experience, with strong communication and familiarity with Primavera P6, Procore, and Sage. Travel may be required; positions are on-site in the Oklahoma region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master in a related field with strong PM background.
• Minimum 3 years of solar construction project management experience.
• Excellent communication with client teams, subs, and officials.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Primavera P6 or MS Project; Procore/Sage familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manages solar project execution, including profit and loss management, working with trade contractors, and/or participating in proposals and presentations
• Contributes to project financial tracking including owner requisitions and change orders
• Develops and maintains project safety program and safety culture
• Oversees quality management plan and quality culture
• Coordinates design deliverables to support permits, procurement, and construction
• Manages status reports for schedule, costs, equipment, manpower, materials, safety, quality
• Ensures resources are in place for field operations and manages relationships with stakeholders
• Manages staff and hourly workforce schedules and maintains client relationships
