Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years construction experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Electrical Journeyman and/or General Construction certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required/up to date.
• Strong leadership, communication and accountability skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and inspection teams to meet forecast and KPIs.
• Ensure safety training and equipment for all staff.
• Apply best practices across branch operations.
• Maintain high level of customer experience and address concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of electrical/construction codes as SME for branch.
• Provide accurate forecasts and performance reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate schedule with Customer Success Specialist for smooth execution.
• Optimize crew structure and resource planning for productivity.
• Review KPIs and provide performance feedback to field staff.
• Conduct safety trainings and quality inspections with feedback loops.
• Handle admin duties: training docs, inspection records, timecards.
• Lead incident prevention and safety toolbox talks weekly.
• Collaborate with Warehouse to stock/install materials efficiently.
