Job summary

Renu Energy Solutions is seeking an Electrical Technician to join our growing field team. In this role, you will assist with the installation of residential and commercial solar PV and energy storage systems while working with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality work that meets standards and electrical codes.

We provide classroom and hands-on field training during your first 30 days. All tools and safety equipment are supplied, with some local travel between job sites required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• General knowledge of electrical work and construction.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of solar PV and energy storage systems from start to finish.
• Install system components following electrical diagrams, specifications, and project requirements.
• Perform work safely in accordance with company standards and electrical codes.
• Support Electrical Team Lead and crew to ensure efficient project completion.
• Maintain work vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Assist with rooftop work and other field installation activities.
• Complete training and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
