Job summary

Renu Energy Solutions in the Carolinas is seeking an Electrical Technician to join our growing team. This field-based role supports installation of residential and commercial solar PV and energy storage systems, working with experienced professionals to deliver safe, high-quality installations that meet company standards and electrical codes.

Renu provides classroom and hands-on field training during your first 30 days.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work safely on rooftops, ladders, attics, crawlspaces and confined spaces.
General knowledge of electrical work, construction and OSHA safety practices.
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

System Installation: Assist with solar PV and energy storage system installation from start to finish.
Electrical Work: Install components following diagrams, specs and project requirements.
Quality & Safety: Follow company standards, electrical codes and safety requirements.
Team Support: Assist Electrical Team Lead and crew for efficient project completion.
Equipment Management: Maintain work vehicles, tools, equipment and inventory.
Field Service: Assist with electrical upgrades and rooftop work.
Continuous Improvement: Complete training and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
