Job summary

Renu Energy Solutions is seeking a Solar Technician to join our Field Operations team. You will install residential solar PV systems, prepare job sites, and support safe, high-quality installations while learning to build a career in renewable energy.

New team members receive classroom and hands-on field training during the first 30 days. All tools and safety equipment are provided, with some local travel between job sites required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work safely on rooftops, ladders, attics and crawlspaces.
• General knowledge of construction and OSHA safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of residential solar PV systems from start to finish.
• Follow project plans and installation requirements with field updates.
• Perform work in accordance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Assist Team Lead and crew to ensure on-schedule project completion.
• Maintain work vehicles, trailers, tools and site organization.
• Assist with job packs, material staging and project documentation.
• Complete training and contribute to a positive team environment.
