Job summary

Renu Energy Solutions is seeking an Electrical Technician for field-based installations of residential and commercial solar PV and energy storage systems. You will work alongside seasoned professionals to ensure safe, high-quality work that meets company standards and electrical codes.

We provide classroom and hands-on training in the first 30 days; all tools and safety gear are supplied, with some local travel between job sites.

Qualifications

General knowledge of electrical work, construction, and OSHA safety practices.
Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work safely on rooftops, ladders, attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

System Installation: Assist with the installation of solar PV and energy storage systems from start to finish.
Electrical Work: Install system components while following electrical diagrams, specifications, and project requirements
Quality & Safety: Perform work in accordance with company standards, electrical codes, and safety requirements.
Team Support: Assist the Electrical Team Lead and crew members to ensure efficient project completion.
Equipment Management: Maintain work vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory.
Field Service: Assist with electrical upgrades, rooftop work, and other field installation activities.
Continuous Improvement: Complete training and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
