Job summary
SunVena is seeking a skilled Electrical Installer to install, assemble, and maintain solar electrical systems on residential and commercial structures. The role requires NEC knowledge, proficiency with ENPHASE, SMA, QCELL, TESLA and SOLAR EDGE, and will involve travel within the state.
Wilingness to crawl into tight spaces and work from roof to service entrance is required. You will perform site assessments, mount systems, wire, test, and ensure compliance with electrical codes while upholding
Qualifications
- NEC knowledge and ability to translate code references.
- Experience with solar panel installation and wiring.
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal placement of electrical systems.
- Mount and secure solar electrical systems, inverters, and equipment per specs.
- Install and connect wiring, conduit, and disconnect switches per codes.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs for performance.
- Conduct electrical testing and inspections to verify system integrity.
- Adhere to safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Document installation details and follow-up recommendations.
