Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in production/manufacturing or assembly preferred, especially in electrical or solar-related industries.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and package electrical equipment for utility-scale solar projects.
• Perform detailed quality checks at each production stage.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Maintain production documentation and report malfunctions.
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet targets and quality benchmarks.
