This field-based role collaborates with experienced professionals to deliver safe, high‑quality work that meets company standards and electrical codes.

We provide classroom and hands-on field training during the first 30 days; all tools and safety equipment are provided, with some local travel between job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work safely on rooftops, ladders, attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• General knowledge of electrical work, construction, and OSHA safety practices.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of solar PV and energy storage systems from start to finish.
• Install system components following diagrams, specifications, and project requirements.
• Perform work in accordance with company standards, electrical codes, and safety requirements.
• Assist the Electrical Team Lead and crew members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Maintain work vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Field service: assist with electrical upgrades, rooftop work, and other field installation activities.
• Complete training and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
