Job summary

DNV Energy Systems is hiring a Project Manager Solar Independent Engineering (Distributed Generation, Residential & Storage) across North America. You’ll manage distributed generation, community solar, and solar+storage projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with developers, financiers, and engineers.

The role includes due diligence, project management, and occasional business development. A strong client-facing approach and a passion for accelerating renewable energy are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, science, business, energy, or related field.
• Excellent project and time management skills; ability to balance multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; report writing and emails.

Responsibilities

• Support major customer accounts and perform project due diligence.
• Manage projects through the full lifecycle and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and share knowledge with the team.
• Develop proposals and assist in business development efforts.
