Job summary

DNV Energy Systems seeks a Project Manager for Solar Independent Engineering (Distributed Generation, Residential & Storage) across North America. You will oversee diverse solar and storage projects, partnering with leading developers and financiers, and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion.

The role involves major account support, due diligence, and contributions to process improvements and proposals, with hybrid office-based work across multiple US markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, science, business, energy, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; strong communication skills.
• Experience in solar project development or independent engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support major customer accounts and manage projects.
• Perform project due diligence and contribute to process improvements.
• Develop proposals and assist in business development activities.
