Job summary

Knobelsdorff (KE) is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support energy project teams during solar construction. You will manage documentation, schedules, purchase orders, and subcontracting, partnering with Project Managers to keep work on track.

Onsite in Goodhue, MN, five days a week, you’ll maintain records, track action items, and support financials while upholding KE's safety, people, passion, and performance values. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and tools.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings and record minutes, distribute them to stakeholders.
• Track schedules, deliverables and critical-path activities in Smartsheet.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align priorities, schedules, and deadlines.
• Coordinate equipment needs with construction leadership and various tools.
• Maintain project files and ensure current revisions are accessible.
• Create and maintain project records in Smartsheet/Viewpoint/Procore.
• Issue purchase orders and subcontracts as directed for projects.
• Support accurate project financials and cost transfers.
• Review cost activity to support financial organization.
