Arch Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead solar construction projects from transition through closeout. You will coordinate schedule, budget, procurement, subcontractors, documentation, and stakeholder communications to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery.

You will collaborate with field leadership, project engineers, assistants, and owners, managing risk, change, and project documentation while upholding Arch Electric Core Values.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of solar construction or EPC project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and permitting processes.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.

Mansioni

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, and implement recovery plans to meet milestones.
• Coordinate with owners, utilities, inspectors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
