Job summary

Solar Landscape, a leading rooftop solar developer, is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee multiple commercial rooftop projects and the Construction Managers in the field. You will enforce processes, maintain quality, drive schedule performance, and ensure consistent execution across active sites.

You bring 12+ years in construction, 3–5+ years in commercial rooftop solar, hands-on leadership, and a disciplined, process-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of construction experience, with 3–5+ years in commercial rooftop solar.
• Experience managing Construction Managers/Superintendents.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal).
• Expertise in ballasted and attached racking systems.
• Understanding NEC solar requirements and rapid shutdown compliance.

Responsibilities

• Field & Operational Oversight: lead field Construction Managers and conduct site visits and audits.
• Process & Quality Management: enforce standardized construction processes and ensure documentation.
• Schedule & Execution Discipline: ensure project schedules and look‑ahead plans are met.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with Project Managers to align field work with contract scope.
• Safety Leadership: champion OSHA compliance and fall protection on all sites.
