Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analyses and resolve equipment issues from commissioning and warranty claims at the Houston headquarters.
• Provide expert support for back-office operations during commissioning.
• Use Excel templates for reporting and verification tasks.
• Adhere to commissioning procedures and protocols.
• Resolve technical incidents during commissioning efficiently.
• Manage inventory using SAP and ensure availability of commissioning and aftersales stock.
