Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough root cause analyses and resolve equipment issues originating from commissioning and warranty claims in the Houston headquarters.
• Provide expert support for back-office operations during the commissioning phase.
• Utilize advanced Excel templates for comprehensive reporting and verification tasks.
• Strictly adhere to established commissioning procedures and protocols.
• Efficiently resolve technical incidents during the commissioning process.
• Manage and control inventory using SAP, ensuring accuracy and availability of commissioning and aftersales stock.
• Oversee and maintain meticulous control of commissioning and aftersales stock levels.
• Conduct performance testing and diagnostics to validate the functionality and efficiency of equipment post-commissioning.
• Adhere to the highest safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Preferred background: Electronics, Mechanical or similar technical Engineering studies are nice to have.
• An equivalent combination of education, relevant technical or professional training, related experience, role-specific knowledge, skills, and demonstrated competence may be accepted.
• Experience as an electrical/electronic O&M technician within a supply chain environment (highly preferred).
• Understanding of automata and their programming languages (preferred).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting and system analysis.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Completion of Siemens programming courses (preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
