We areseeking a Service Technician to conduct thorough root cause analyses and resolve equipment issues originating from commissioning and warranty claims in the Houston headquarters.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough root cause analyses and resolve equipment issues originating from commissioning and warranty claims in the Houston headquarters.
- Provide expert support for back-office operations during the commissioning phase.
- Utilize advanced Excel templates for comprehensive reporting and verification tasks.
- Strictly adhere to established commissioning procedures and protocols.
- Efficiently resolve technical incidents during the commissioning process.
- Manage and control inventory using SAP, ensuring accuracy and availability of commissioning and aftersales stock.
- Oversee and maintain meticulous control of commissioning and aftersales stock levels.
- Conduct performance testing and diagnostics to validate the functionality and efficiency of equipment post-commissioning.
- Adhere to the highest safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Preferred background: Electronics, Mechanical or similar technical Engineering studies are nice to have.
- An equivalent combination of education, relevant technical or professional training, related experience, role-specific knowledge, skills, and demonstrated competence may be accepted.
- Experience as an electrical/electronic O&M technician within a supply chain environment (highly preferred).
- Understanding of automata and their programming languages (preferred).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting and system analysis.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Completion of Siemens programming courses (preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
