Hanwha Qcells USA Corp is seeking a Civil Superintendent to oversee field operations at an Ankeny, IA project site. The role ensures safety, schedule adherence, quality workmanship, and coordination with other project leaders. Travel up to 100% is possible depending on project needs.

The position requires strong MS Project skills, extensive construction experience in utility-scale projects, and excellent communication in English. This is a full-time, on-site role with no sponsorship offered.

Competenze

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience supporting the construction of major projects, preferably in utility-scale projects.
• Solar PV or wind power project experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and relocate between projects.
• Proficient with MS Project and Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Directs solar/construction personnel and subcontractors to complete the project on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate personnel, material, and equipment to meet schedules.
• Support planning and utilization of proper means and methods for activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Follow and implement the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental Policy.
• Coordinate and implement resources to maintain safe, high-quality execution.
• Ensure all work stays within approved scope and is compliant.
