Job summary

You will startup/shutdown gas cabinets, identify deviations, and support root-cause analysis with engineering. The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols and excellent collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling flammable, toxic, corrosive, or hazardous gases and chemicals.
• Ability to read P&IDs, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and gowning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, distribution, monitoring, storage, and recovery of process gases and wet chemicals.
• Startup, shutdown, and monitoring of gas cabinets and chemical delivery systems.
• Identify deviations and perform corrective actions to maintain process parameters.
• Troubleshoot and calibrate gas and chemical handling equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop procedures and support root cause analysis.
• Safely handle, transport, and load hazardous chemicals and gases per safety protocols.
• Track and manage chemical waste streams and preventive maintenance.
