Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building infrastructure and utility systems to keep production environment stable.
• Maintain HVAC support equipment, chilled water systems, pumps, cooling towers, valves, filters, piping, and related systems.
• Modifications to ductwork, brazing, soldering, refrigerant handling, water piping, and insulation repairs.
• Assemble, install, repair, and maintain pipes and mechanical systems per specs and codes.
• Troubleshoot and test mechanical equipment; conduct safety inspections and propose improvements.
