Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of electrical experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, AHJ, and utility interconnection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair solar systems, inverters, batteries, generators, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Commission new systems and upgrades while ensuring NEC/AHJ compliance.
• Use diagnostic tools like multimeters, clamp meters, and thermal imaging devices.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Adhere to safety procedures including PPE, lockout/tagout, and fall protection.
• Respond to emergency service calls and warranty repairs as needed.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and customers about system status and recommendations.
• Represent Otovo professionally at customer sites.
