The role supports administrative and operational tasks across a portfolio of solar energy projects, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date while coordinating with stakeholders on compliance and reporting.

The position emphasizes strong communication, detail orientation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A motivated team player who can work independently is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support for assets or projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operational activities for a portfolio of solar energy projects.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, permits, insurance certificates, and warranties.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for compliance and reporting requirements.
• Manage project-related correspondence including emails, letters, and calls.
• Assist in preparation and review of project budgets and financial reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements.
