Energy Solutions is hiring a Solar Associate, Application Processing to support DER program operations by processing solar applications in line with SOPs and program guidelines.

You will review applications for accuracy, coordinate with vendors, and escalate exceptions as needed. This role requires attention to data integrity, quality assurance, and timely processing in a hybrid work environment across Oakland, CA; Portland, OR; or Chicago, IL.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, concise and professional.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Execute assigned program workflows to support service levels and timelines.
• Manage application queues and shared inboxes for inquiries and claims.
• Review, validate, and process applications and claims per program rules and SOPs.
• Review work for accuracy before submission and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in program systems and documentation.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly via email or phone.
• Apply program rules to support submission quality and reduce rework.
• Document investigations and outcomes using templates in SLAs.
