Job summary

NY State Solar is seeking a highly organized Processing Associate to support critical administrative and operational functions across the solar project lifecycle. You will assist with contract generation, financing documentation, utility interconnection support, and processing coordination to ensure accurate and timely project progression.

The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can collaborate with Operations, Sales, Accounting, Field, and Office teams, maintaining project records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of processing/project coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in solar/renewable energy industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and process customer contracts and agreements.
• Prepare financing applications and interconnection documentation.
• Maintain templates, documentation, and processing materials.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Accounting and Field teams.
• Perform QC reviews and ensure data accuracy.
