Job summary

You will review project requirements, coordinate with sales teams, EPCs and customers through the project lifecycle, and contribute to product training and certification support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• 3+ years of technical experience in solar PV or renewable energy industry.
• Familiarity with solar module technology, system design, and utility-scale applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills.
• Experience supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support for module selection, system design, and customer inquiries.
• Support post-sales activities including troubleshooting, warranty coordination, and field issue resolution.
