Job summary

Morgan Corp. is seeking a qualified Soil Stabilization Mixer Operator to join our operations team in Florence, SC. The incumbent will operate stabilization mixers (Wirtgen 240i/250i or CAT RM400/RM500) to support road and site stabilization projects in varying weather conditions.

The role requires prior mixer experience, the ability to climb in and out of heavy equipment, and a valid driver's license. Travel to southeastern U.S. project sites and overtime/weekend work are expected as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience operating soil stabilization mixers preferred.
Knowledge of safe and productive operation of stabilization mixers (Wirtgen/CAT).
Must be able to climb in/out of equipment unassisted.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel to project sites in the southeastern U.S.

Responsibilities

Comply with all company and site policies and procedures.
Safely and efficiently operate stabilization equipment to meet production targets.
Perform routine inspections, safety walk-arounds, and preventative maintenance.
Maintain equipment in good operating condition and log maintenance needs.
Complete required paperwork and documentation; perform other duties as assigned.
