Monrovia Plants is looking for a reliable individual to join our team in Dayton, Oregon. You will help prepare soil and compost and ensure timely repairs of nursery roads.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required.
• Experience with forklifts and/or heavy equipment is preferred.
• Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare soil and compost according to recipes.
• Perform inventory checks for soil and compost.
• Utilize skip loader for soil mixing and movement.
• Work on canning line as needed.
