Qualifications

• 3-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Experience managing processes and process improvement.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise work activities of Heavy Equipment Operators.
• Monitor workflow and processing variables.
• Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing organization standards.
• Ensure equipment operation by calling for repairs.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
