Job summary

KIKO MILANO is seeking a Store Manager for its SoHo flagship in New York City. You will lead a high-performing team, drive exceptional customer experiences, and bring the brand to life on a dynamic retail floor.

You will recruit, coach, and develop talent, manage visual merchandising, and deliver sales results while building brand ambassadors who embody KIKO MILANO’s standards. This is a premier role launching in North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of retail leadership experience, preferably as a Store Manager.
• Previous beauty or luxury retail experience preferred.
• Artistry experience or makeup skills preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive sales.
• Strong business acumen to analyze KPIs and drive action plans.
• Experience opening a new store is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a passionate, customer-focused team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusivity, and high performance.
• Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback, performance conversations, and career development.
• Partner with HR on employee relations, talent planning, recruitment, succession planning, and performance management.
• Deliver engaging product knowledge, artistry, and selling skills training.
• Create an environment that promotes engagement, recognition, and low turnover.
• Lead on the sales floor to create memorable customer experiences and brand moments.
• Inspire confidence through beauty expertise and genuine connections.
• Build a team of brand ambassadors who represent KIKO MILANO with pride.
• Ensure every customer interaction reflects the brand and service standards.
• Own and achieve sales, customer experience, and operational KPIs.
• Monitor performance including sales, conversion, AOV, productivity, and inventory.
• Develop and execute quarterly action plans to drive growth.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to the Area Manager.
• Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement.
