Qualifications

An Aerospace Company is seeking a remote Software Verification Engineer responsible for the verification stage of avionic software development and design. The role involves ensuring the software meets established requirements for a carriage control unit and contributing to the design of an SMS controller. Coding will primarily be in C, following MIL STD 1553 standards, with a need for experience in embedded software design and Linux OS.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience with software verification
• C programming experience
• Embedded software development experience
• Understanding of MIL STD 1553 or DO-178
• 3+ years of experience with Linux
