Job summary
KARL STORZ North America is seeking a Software Engineer in Test to join our Raleigh, NC team on-site. You will lead and contribute to acceptance testing, automation, and verification efforts for KARL STORZ product software, collaborating with Agile teams and extending automation frameworks to enable advanced testing capabilities.

Qualifications
- BS or MS in computer science/engineering or related field.
- 2+ years as Software Engineer or Software Engineer in Test.
- Experience with C/C++ and/or C#-based development; proficiency in C#/.NET, Python, RESTful APIs.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support testing within Agile teams with acceptance tests and automated scripts.
- Design mocks, test harnesses, and integration tests to extend automation frameworks.
- Extend automation frameworks for new scripting capabilities and automate tasks.
- Review design specs for testability and perform automated/ exploratory testing.
- Investigate defects, document findings, and maintain test scripts for regression testing.
- Develop verification test plans and maintain related documentation.
