BryceTech LLC seeks a Software Test Engineer to support the U.S. Army CSC2 SoS program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will lead software test engineering, ensure interoperability and cybersecurity, and deliver through Agile and DevSecOps practices across multiple capabilities.

The role requires collaboration with Government T&E leadership, testing across programs, and occasional travel to DoW sites for live events. Strong communication and testing expertise are essential.

Formación

• Active Secret security clearance.
• BS in CS/SE/CE or related with 8+ years experience or related discipline with 10+ years.
• Experience with Agile software development and DevSecOps environments.
• Experience planning, managing CI/CD pipelines and automated software testing.
• Experience with cloud-native and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency with Agile lifecycle management tools (GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
• Experience developing software testing strategies and automated test frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead software test engineering activities across CSC2 System of Systems capabilities.
• Collaborate with Government leadership to plan and execute testing across programs.
• Travel to DoW sites to support live operational test events.
• Coordinate test procedures, document results, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and update test, cybersecurity, and interoperability activities in Agile roadmaps.
• Manage testing schedules, sprint planning, and milestones using ALM tools.
• Generate dashboards and reports using data from ALM tools.
• Identify and optimize critical delivery paths from development to production.
