Job summary

BryceTech LLC seeks a Software Test Engineer to support the U.S. Army CSC2 program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will provide technical leadership for software testing, cybersecurity, and interoperability across multiple joint capabilities, leveraging Agile and DevSecOps practices.

Travel to DoW sites will be required to support live tests and verify performance in mission environments. Strong collaboration with government leadership and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• 8+ years in computing with a STEM degree (CS/SE/EE) or 10+ with IS/IT/cybersecurity.
• Experience with Agile and DevSecOps environments.
• CI/CD pipelines and automated testing experience.
• Cloud-native / microservices architectures.
• Proficiency with GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence.
• Experience testing in DoW/military environments is a plus.
• Ability to travel to DoW sites as needed.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
• Experience creating ICDs, APIs, and software requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead software test engineering across CSC2 capabilities for software readiness.
• Collaborate with Government T&E leadership to plan and execute testing.
• Travel to DoW sites to support live operational tests and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate with testers, users, and stakeholders; document results and defects.
• Develop test, cybersecurity, and interoperability activities in Agile roadmaps.
• Manage test schedules, sprint planning, and milestones using ALM tools.
• Generate dashboards, metrics, and briefing materials from ALM data.
• Define interfaces, APIs, ICDs, and architecture alignment with testing.
• Design automated test frameworks and DevSecOps integration within pipelines.
• Support release readiness reviews and agile technical reviews.
