Job summary

SII Group in Washington, DC is seeking a QA/Test Engineer to support validation and reliability of next‑generation systems for a major modernization program. You will design tests, automate where possible, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality.

Responsibilities include developing automated scripts with Robot Framework and Cypress, maintaining testing frameworks, analyzing defects, validating fixes, and producing evidence for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing or QA engineering.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and QA processes.

Overview

SII Group is a global engineering and technology consulting firm supporting major aerospace programs worldwide. In the U.S., we partner with leading aviation and defense players to deliver high-impact, safety-critical systems.

We are looking for QA / Test Engineers to support the verification and validation of next-generation systems developed for a major governemental modernization program.

You will collaborates with the developers to define the tests strategy and to automate the verification tests. And so, you maintain the test framework. Then, execute the automated and/or manual tests to verify.

What you’ll do

As a QA / Test Engineer, you will support the validation and reliability of advanced systems within a highly structured engineering environment.

You will:

• Design and execute functional, integration, and system-level tests
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks
• Analyze defects and support troubleshooting activities
• Validate fixes and ensure software stability
• Produce test reports and validation evidence

What we’re looking for
