Summary:

We are looking for an Automation and Manual Tester to join our QA team. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and other Testers to ensure the highest quality of our software applications. You will contribute to the development of Automated and Manual testing strategies to enhance our testing processes. You will be responsible for active participation in requirements development, coding, and verification of automated test systems in all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Help write and maintain automated test scripts for various functionalities, using tools like Qtest tool, Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, or similar.
• Execute Automated test scripts, analyze results, and report defects using appropriate tracking tools.
• Good knowledge of Manual testing along with good logical thinking to write test scenarios and test cases.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and participate in test planning and review meetings.
• Document and report defects, working with BAs and Developers to ensure they are resolved.
• Analyze testing results to enhance future test scenarios and test scripts.
• Work closely with teams, including developers, business analysts, and other testers.
• Work with BAs and Developers for smooth UAT.
• Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.
• Required extensive use of AI for day-to-day activities.

Skill-Sets:

• Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Basic understanding of modern programming languages.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in using ChatGPT-like AI tools

Qualification:

• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• Completion of a good Automation testing course

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in automation and manual testing.
• Preferably must have worked with clients in the USA/Australia/UK.
