Job summary

NetDocuments is seeking a Software Test Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications across cloud and desktop environments. You will partner with engineering teams to develop, execute, and improve manual and automated testing processes.

You will review requirements, create tests, and validate UI, API, and end‑to‑end workflows, while helping expand automation coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0–3+ years of experience in software testing, software development, or test automation.
  • Experience writing code in C# or another object‑oriented programming language.
  • Understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with automated testing concepts or tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and think critically about software quality.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in an agile development environment.

Responsibilities

Software Test Engineer – NetDocuments

NetDocuments is seeking a Software Test Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications across cloud and desktop environments. In this role you will partner with engineering teams to develop, execute, and improve manual and automated testing processes.

What You’ll Do

Execute testing and improve quality.

  • Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright.
  • Experience testing RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Experience with C#/.NET applications.

Compensation Transparency

The compensation range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000. The posted cash compensation for this position includes on‑target earnings. Individual compensation packages are determined based on factors such as experience, skills, location, and other job‑related considerations.
