What You’ll Do
- Manage on‑premise datacenter operations as part of the Cloud Infrastructure team, ensuring stability and performance.
- Partner with Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and Architecture teams to maintain a world‑class cloud and infrastructure operation.
- Ensure security and compliance standards (SOC2‑T2, ISO27001) are implemented effectively and pragmatically.
- Maintain and enhance business continuity (BC) and disaster recovery (DR) plans in alignment with evolving business needs.
- Oversee observability standards and practices across the infrastructure environment in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Provide leadership for incident response SMEs in partnership with the defined Incident Management process.
- Build trusted partnerships within the CTO organization, especially with Cloud Engineering leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of engineers focused on professional growth, certification, and readiness for full public cloud operations.
- Manage AWS PaaS services supporting NetDocuments’ SaaS applications.
- Lead annual budget planning and ongoing cost oversight for tools, infrastructure, and personnel.
- Implement best practices for vendor management within the infrastructure domain.
What You’ll Need to be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 12+ years of professional experience in cloud or infrastructure engineering/operations, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- 6+ years of people leadership experience with strong coaching, development, and team‑building skills.
- Deep understanding of technology infrastructure functions and operational best practices for SaaS companies.
- Proven experience in automation, DevOps, and platform engineering.
- Demonstrated project and change management experience within a multinational organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, including strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2‑T2 and ISO27001.

Compensation
The compensation range for this position is: $182,000 - $208,000. The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job‑related considerations.
